Sue Sherlock, Practice Manager

Sue has been Practice Manager since May 2013, bringing valuable experience gained in her previous role as Legal Secretary. Sue has over 20 years experience for this type of role. Sue is responsible for managing the office, co-ordinating the team, providing our clients with a high level of personal service.



Shemeem Shah, Paraplanner

Shem joined the team in November 2015 as a Paraplanner working alongside John and Sue Sherlock. In her current position she supports and assists John with researching their bespoke technical solutions that meet individual and collective client’s financial needs. Her role involves complex report writing, investment planning, pension planning, protection planning and inheritance tax planning analysis on a personal and corporate basis, whilst providing important supporting evidence for consideration by clients. This is in line with our company aim which is to provide the right solution for each and every one of our clients.

Shem is a talented, hardworking and a determined individual who has over 20 years of financial services industry experience, she is fully CeMAP and Diploma qualified. Having worked in retail banking for over 13 years she has expert knowledge in every aspect of financial planning which enables her to provide the required high level of professional support.

In her spare time, Shem enjoys spending time with her four cats Ginger, Koshka, Henry and Roy, she also likes helping the wildlife animals, looking after her elderly parents, watching movies and eating out.



Lesley Archer-Baldwin, Part Time Administrator

Lesley Archer-Baldwin joins our busy administration and back office department, working alongside Sue, Shem and Vicki to ensure all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. Lesley joins us after 18 years working in finance and administration at Lakeland Limited, Windermere, Cumbria.



Vicki Slinger, Part Time Administrator

Vicki works part time within the company and is an essential part of the team, setting up appointments/reviews for our clients as well as dealing with day to day admin tasks. Vicki’s previous experience in efficiently dealing with clients face to face or over the telephone means that she is ideally suited for this role.
